Laguna Niguel Lake Fishing Guide

Laguna Niguel Lake, formerly known as Sulphur Creek Reservoir, is an artificial 44-acre fishing lake in Laguna Niguel, California.

Laguna Niguel Lake offers great fishing for Rainbow Trout, Largemouth Bass, Bluegill, Crappie, Catfish and Carp. Please note, that fishing is allowed on designated areas only and the shoreline.

Laguna Niguel Lake stocks Rainbow Trout  during the winter months and Catfish is stocked during the summer months.

Laguna Niguel Boating Information

  • Rental boats are $10/hour
  • No personal boats are allowed
  • Float tubes are permitted with a $10 launch fee
