Veterans Oasis Lake is located in east Chandler that is five acres in size with an average depth of five feet and a maximum depth of 14 feet. Veterans Oasis Lake has a more natural feel to it as it is designed as a more natural oasis, surrounded by desert shrubs and that is well stocked with fish every two weeks from mid-September through June and offer fishing from the bank.
Desert Breeze Park provide high-quality fishing experiences for catching rainbow trout, bluegill, redear sunfish, hybrid sunfish and/or largemouth bass at this beautifully secluded lake.
Urban Fishing Program
A class U Urban Fishing License is required to fish in the pond. Fishing pond is open during park hours only. 6 a.m. - 10 p.m. Licenses can be purchased from the Arizona Game and Fish Department online or at more than 300 license dealers statewide.
