Medina Lake is a reservoir on the Medina River in the Texas Hill Country, 40 miles northwest of San Antonio in Bandera and Medina counties.

Medina Lake offers great fishing for Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, White Bass, Hybrid Striped Bass, Yellow Bass, Walleye, Black Crappie, White Crappie, Bluegill, Green Sunfish, Tilapia, Longnose Gar, Channel Catfish, Flathead Catfish and Blue Catfish.
