Lowell Lake Fishing Guide

Lowell Lake is a large 9,800-acre lake, 28 miles of shoreline at an elevation of 2,500 feet  located 5 miles southwest of Nampa, ID and is one of the largest off-stream reservoirs in the west.

Most fishing opportunity occurs on Lowell Lake is during the open boating season, April 15 - September 30.

Lowell Lake offers great fishing for Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Rainbow Trout, Cutthroat Trout, Chinook Salmon, Kokanee Salmon, Black Crappie, White Crappie, Bluegill, Pumpkinseed Sunfish, Yellow Perch, Channel Catfish and Blue Catfish.
