Arrowhead Lake Fishing Guide

Lake Arrowhead Reservoir is located in the San Bernardino Mountains of San Bernardino County, California, surrounded by the San Bernardino National Forest, and is at an elevation of 5,174 feet.

Lake Arrowhead offers great fishing for Largemouth Bass, Smallmouth Bass, Rainbow Trout, German Brown Trout, Catfish, Crappie and Bluegill. Rainbow Trout is stocked every year here at Lake Arrowhead.

State fishing regulations do apply and state fishing licenses are required, in addition to an ALA Fishing Pass and most obey the Arrowhead Lake Association rule, which can be accessed here.

Please remember that there is no public fishing - only ALA members and their guests are allowed to fish on the lake, and boat launching is prohibited by any persons other than members of the Arrowhead Lake Association. Get passes and learn more here.

Lake Arrowhead is situated in the Inland Empire area of Southern California. Lake Arrowhead is approximately 20 to 30 minutes’ drive towards the north of San Bernardino. The Arrowhead Lake Association privately governs Lake Arrowhead. It has also been made for restricted use by Property owners in Lake Arrowhead.
