Kachess Lake is a large freshwater highland lake that is 4,500-acre lake, over 20 miles of shoreline at an elevation of 2258 feet.
Kachess Lake in central Washington is a reservoir along the course of the Kachess River in Washington state. The upper part of the lake, north of a narrows, is called Little Kachess Lake. Kachess Lake is just north of I-90, about 5 miles west of Cle Elum Lake.
Kachess Lake offers great fishing for Rainbow Trout, Bull Trout, Cutthroat, Kokanee Salmon and Burbot.
Two-pole fishing is NOT allowed at Kachess Lake.
